A: Our raw hair can last 3 to 5 years, while our virgin hair can last 1 to 3 years.


Q: Can I bleach the hair?

A: Yes. Both our raw hair and virgin hair can be bleached to 613.


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are shipped within our stated processing time, and once your order ships, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.


Q: Do you offer pickup?

A: Yes. We offer Atlanta pickup within 1 to 2 days after processing.


Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?

A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an issue was made on our end. If there is an issue with your order that was caused by us, we will always work with you to find a resolution.


Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay payment options are available at checkout.
