Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

If you are located in or near the Atlanta area, pickup is available. Otherwise, please review our updated shipping and processing timeframes below before placing your order. We recommend booking your hair appointment with these timeframes in mind, as refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals.

Standard Shipping (2–4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCCESING) – $14.50

To ensure premium quality and consistency, each order goes through a complete inspection and preparation process before shipment.

Standard Processing: 6–10 business days

Ready to Ship Orders Standard Processing: 2-3 business days

(This includes time for order preparation and inspection.)

During major holidays or sales: Processing times may extend to 7–12 business days due to higher order volumes.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as we must verify all information for security purposes. GoldenDollHairCollection reserves the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our discretion.

Tracking Information:
